Accident Detail tab
Use the Accident Detail tab to record additional Nurse's Log entry information if the incident was an accident. It records date, time and location of accident and, if appropriate, an end date. It also shows who initially assisted student and staff member who supervised medical treatment. Additional details that may be recorded include status of student’s accident insurance, if additional medical care was recommended, when and where student was taken afterwards and who picked up them up. The Accident detail tab records why student was at location, any witnesses to incident, follow-up care needed, and any preventative measures taken to avoid future incidents.
