The Nurse’s Log stores information about student visits as well as accidents that happen during the school day, on or off school grounds, as long as a student in the school is involved. The Nurse's Log is not used to record administration of prescription medication.
The HLT202 report prints a cumulative listing of student immunization data. It is used by nurses to review student immunization information and compliance. This report is also used by enrollment staff to verify the necessary immunizations have been obtained or an exemption statement has been submitted, prior to enrolling the student.
HLT209 – Student Health Incident List
The HLT209 report prints a list of all students’ incident records. The health code and any notes the staff person may have entered regarding the incident display, along with date and time. There is an option to print the report separately for each student rather than in a list format if printing from report interface located, Synergy SIS>Health>Reports>Individual.
HLT206 – Student Medication Summary
The HLT206 report prints student’s prior and/or current medication information.
