Additional Fields

Click Medication Type and select Over the Counter or Controlled.
Click Route Of Admin and select Intravenous, Mouth or Topical.
Enter Refill Threshold. This is amount of medication left, in units, that signals health office to request additional medication, before school dose runs out.
Check School Provided if school provides medication rather than another source, typically parent.
Enter Prescribing Physician.
Enter Note
Click to spell check.

Enter Side Effects.

Enter Administer In any special circumstances such as, crumble dose in Jello or administer in private.
Check any Student Health Conditions Related to this Medication. Student’s health conditions, if any, will be listed.

Student Medications Detail tab

Click to manually insert a new student medications history record. This is generally used to record a digression from a typical dosage administration, such as a different time than normal or a different dosage than what is documented, or if it was administered by a substitute health office staff member.
Edit any field directly on line.

Click Administered and select. If Administered is selected from the drop-down option, then Administered By is mandatory.
