The Health History tab displays a record of all health incidents, current and previous school years, for a student. This tab maintains a history or prior medications and procedures no longer administered and have an end date.
WARNING: All history of a medication administration must be deleted first, before current medication can be deleted. When a medication is no longer administered to a student, enter End Date on Medications tab. Use caution deleting current medication or medication history.
