Use the Health screen to track health related incidents, record health conditions, immunizations, and medications. View student health history and record private health notes on this screen.
The Nurse’s Log stores information about student visits as well as accidents that happen during the school day, on or off school grounds, as long as a student in the school is involved. The Nurse's Log is not used to record administration of prescription medication.
The Health History tab displays a record of all health incidents, current and previous school years, for a student. This tab maintains a history or prior medications and procedures no longer administered and have an end date.
