Enter grading Mark,
generally a letter grade such as A+, A, A-, etc.
Enter Description
of mark such as outstanding or average.
Click Mark Type and select either
Grading, for marks used
in grading periods; Progress,
for marks used during progress periods; or All
for use in all periods.
Enter Numeric to Alpha
Threshold a numeric threshold to three decimal places,
used to convert a numeric mark to an alpha mark.
Enter Alpha to Numeric
Value a numeric mark assigned when converting from an alpha
mark to a numeric mark.
Check Include Credit
if this mark is considered a passing grade for which credit is
earned in class.
Check Currently Used
if mark is currently in use at district.
Check Allowed for TA
if mark can be used to grade students acting as teaching assistants
in a course.
Click Mark Dist Cat
and select category for mark. This category can be customized
by district by editing Mark Groups lookup table, but it generally
is an alpha value such as A, B, C, etc..
