Career Plan Course Group

• Click at top of screen. Career Plan Course Group opens.

• Enter Group Name.

• Click . Career Plan Course Group closes and name displays.

• Click on Options bar. A new line is added to grid.

• Enter Order of option to display on grid.

• Enter Option Name.

• Click .

• Repeat steps to add more options to Course Group.

• Click Default Option and select default Option.

• Click .

• Use to find Course Group.

• Click .

• Enter partial or complete Group Name.

• Click . Group Name displays closest match to criteria entered.

OR

• Click .

• Click . Find Result displays a list of all Group Names.

• Click line number of Group Name. Record highlights.

• Click again. Group Name: Find Result closes and Group Name displays.

• Click .

• Click line of option to edit. Line highlights.

• Click on Courses bar. A new line is added to grid.

• Enter Order of course to display on grid.

• Click in Course ID or Course Title. Find: Course screen opens.

• Enter partial or complete data in any field. An asterisk (*) wildcard can be used as a substitute for any or all characters.

• Click . screen displays a list of records matching criteria entered.

• Click line number of appropriate course to highlight.

• Click again. screen closes and course is displayed.

• Repeat steps to add more courses to Option.

• Click .

• Use to find Course Group.

• Click .

• Enter partial or complete Group Name.

• Click . Group Name displays closest match to criteria entered.

OR

• Click .

• Click . Find Result displays a list of all Group Names.

• Click line number of Group Name. Record highlights.

• Click again. Group Name: Find Result closes and Group Name displays.

• Check on line of Option to delete.

• Click .

• Use to find Course Group.

• Click .

• Enter partial or complete Group Name.

• Click . Group Name displays closest match to criteria entered.

• Click . Find Result displays a list of all Group Names.

• Click line number of Group Name. Record highlights.

• Click again. Group Name: Find Result closes and Group Name displays.

• Click line number of options to edit. Line highlights.

• Check on line of course to delete.

• Click .

• Use to find Course Group.

• Click . Find Result displays a list of all Group Names.

• Click line number of Group Name. Record highlights.

• Click again. Group Name: Find Result closes and Group Name displays.

• Click Menu.

• Select Edit CareerPlanCourseGroup Data.

• All white fields are editable.

• Click next to Course ID or Course Title to search for replacement courses.

• Click .
