Use Career Plan screen to define and manage district Career Plans. Career Plans create generalized plans to fulfill graduation requirements. They can be individualized at the student level.
Click . screen will close and Career Plan Name with Graduation Requirement display. Courses by Subject Area grid will populate with different subject areas depending on Graduation Requirement chosen.
Click Career Cluster and select.
Enter Description of Career Plan.
Check individual Grades for this plan.
OR
Click toggle to select all grades.
Click . Courses by Subject Area redefines grid to allow for all academic sessions inclusive of grade range chosen.

Starting with first grade chosen
Click to expand screen.
Each grade level has a Regular and Summer section.
In appropriate section
Click Course Group and select.
OR
Click on Courses bar. A new line is added to Courses grid.
Enter Order of course to display on grid.
Click in Course ID and Title or Credit. Find: Course screen opens.
Enter partial or complete data in any field. An asterisk (*) wildcard can be used as a substitute for any or all characters.
Click . screen displays a list of records matching criteria entered.
Click line number of appropriate course to highlight.
Click again. screen closes and course is displayed.
Repeat steps until all Subject Areas have been planned.
