Grade Book Log

Log displays School Name and School Year that were synchronized. It shows type of information sent and received in Sent Message Name and Received Message Name along with respective date and time. Sent message came from Synergy SIS, and  received message came from Grade Book.

Filter Log

• Click on Filter Options bar.

• Enter all of part of School name.  

• Click Sent Message Filter or Received Message Filter and select type of log message to review.

• Enter Begin Date MMDDYY or click and select date.

AND/OR

• Enter End Date to set date range.

• Click once all of criteria have been entered. Log messages matching criteria entered is displayed.

• Click to see detailed XML data either sent or received in each log message.

• Click Save to Report Output below each message to export XML message to a file. Message displays in a separate file that can be saved.
