Type Transaction Date (MM/DD/YY) or click and select date. Default is today’s date.
Click Fee Code and select.
Enter short Description.
Enter Fees amount.
Enter any Payments.

Balance will auto-fill.

Enter Note, if desired.
Click to spell check.

Direct Payment Model

Use Fees tab to enter/edit student fees for current school and year, including payments, transaction date, and balance, fee category, course information (if it is a course fee), fee status and itemized fees totals. The detail view provides additional fee information such as payment history, waiver and refund information.

Tasks

Add a Fee

Click Student Fees Payment screen displays.

The top row populates as information is added below.

Under Fee Information

Click Fee Code and select.
Enter a Description of the fee.

Click Fee Category and select.
Enter Fee amount.(It is only necessary to enter numerals in decimal format. Synergy SIS formats field once entered, i.e., Enter10. System auto-populates $10,00. Enter 5.8. System auto-populates $5.80.)

Add Waiver Information

Enter Waiver Date (MMDDYY) or click and select date.
Enter Amount Waived.
Click Waiver Reason and select.
Enter a Waiver Description.
