Use Student Enrollment History tab to view a list of students that have withdrawn from a section. Some information may be edited on this tab.
Tasks
Re-assign Section Staff
Click
next to
Staff Name
on line of appropriate section to edit. Find: Staff screen displays.
Enter staff member's
Last Name
,
First Name
.
Click
. Search Results displays a list matching criteria entered.
Click on line of desired staff member name. Line highlights.
Click again or click
. Find: Staff screen closes and previous staff name is replaced with newly selected.
Click
to save changes or
to revert to prior name.
Edit Dropped Student Information
Click

Edit
Section ID.
Number must be unique.
Change
Enter Date
or
Leave Date.
MMDDYY or click
and select.
Check or uncheck Teacher Aide.
Click Term Override
and change option.
Re-Enroll Dropped Student into Section
Clear
Leave Date
on line of student to re-enroll.

Permanently Delete Dropped Students

on line of Dropped Student to delete.
