Click Primary EL Language and select primary language used in section.
Click Team Teaching and select option if more than one teacher shares responsibility for teaching class. It can be set to either Job Share or Team Teaching.
Click Primary Staff Grades and select grading security to assign to primary teacher.
Click Additional Staff Grades and select grading security to assign to additional staff.
Click to add additional staff to section.
Enter partial or complete data on any field.

Click or press ENTER. Search Results displays a list of records matching criteria entered.
Click anywhere on appropriate record to highlight. Press CTRL down while clicking records to select multiple records at a time.

Click . This will move all records found in Search Results grid to Selected Items grid.
Multiple searches may be made until all students have been found and added to Selected Items grid.
Check on line of record to remove from Selected Items grid, if needed.
Click . This will close Chooser screen and Additional Staff records selected display on screen.
Click EL Language and select.
Click TeacherVUE Attendance and select.
Click TeacherVUE Grades and select.
Check Exclude from State Reporting to prevent staff from being included in state data upload.
