District Course
Standards:
Use the Standards tab to align standards to courses. Select the standards by Standards Type, Subject, and Grade Level. The standards can be weighted within the course, and flagged to be included in the students’ report cards.
Tasks
Add Standards to a Course
To add standards to a course:
Click
. The Chooser screen opens.
Enter partial or complete data on any white field.
Click
. Search Results displays a list of records matching criteria entered
Click anywhere on appropriate record to highlight.
Press
CTRL
down while clicking records to select multiple records at a time.
Click
.
OR
Click
. This will move all records found in Find Result column to Selected Items column.
Multiple searches may be made until all standards have been found and added to Selected Items column.
Check
to delete an undesired record from Selected Items column, if needed.
Click
. This will close the Chooser screen and the standards selected will be listed on the Standards tab.
Check the standards to Include
In Report Card
Enter the appropriate
Weight
for each standard.
Click
