Alternate Codes
Courses can be excluded or included in graduation requirements calculations by assigning each course an Alternate ID code. Be careful when using this feature, if filter is activated, every course that should be included in calculations must be assigned an alternate ID. For existing course catalogs, this can involve quite a bit of data entry.
