Enter partial or complete data on any field.

OR

An asterisk (*) wildcard can be used as a substitute for any or all characters in fields on screen.

Click . Search Results displays a list of records matching criteria entered.
Click anywhere on appropriate record to highlight.
Press CTRL down while clicking records to select multiple records at a time.
Click .

OR

Click . This will move all records found in Search Results grid to Selected Items grid.

Multiple searches may be made until all records have been found and added to Selected Items grid.

Check on line of record to remove from Selected Items grid, if needed.
Click . This will close Chooser screen and records selected will be listed in screen.
Click .
Check any Special Populations Code that student qualifies for.
Click CTE to Report and select main program for student. This list is all programs assigned to student.
Check Completed once student has finished program.
Click Competent and select rating of student’s skills in program area, if desired.
Click .

Click Menu.
Select Update Student CTE Data. Message from webpage displays when complete.

Click . CTE Program will be added to Student CTE screen. If only one program is found, it is also automatically entered as CTE Program To Report.

All white fields are editable.
Click when complete.

Delete CTE Program Record

Check on line of record to delete.
Click .

Student CTE

CTE:

Student CTE (Career & Technical Education) screen records student participation in official CTE programs. CTE programs can either be automatically assigned to students based on their courses, or programs may be manually assigned.
