Conference Visitation Codes

• Click . A new line displays on grid.

• Enter Code, generally a two-digit number.

• Enter Description of conference type.

• Click Security and select.

Five levels of security may be configured for discipline and conference codes, ranging in value from Lowest to Highest. Each user or user group is then assigned a matching security level. Levels of security are:

• • Lowest

  • Low

  • Medium

  • High

  • Highest

Levels are cumulative, meaning that if a user has a Medium level of security they can see all discipline codes set to Lowest, Low or Medium. They cannot see discipline codes set to High or Highest.
