Click Career Plan and select a plan to assign to student.
Click . This will remove a plan that student is currently associated with and any individualized changes made to that student’s plan. Course by Subject Area grid will load.
Grid will bring in any completed courses that apply to student’s Graduation Requirement. It will also bring any planned courses setup in base Career Plan or courses set to a Course Groups default Option that has been assigned to a Career Plan. Credits Remaining will tally two totals against the Credits Required. Any row with a deficiency will be highlighted while any row that equal will not be highlighted.

Click line of Subject Area. Line highlights.
Click on bar of appropriate Grade. This will expose two columns Regular and Summer.
Single Course
Click . A line is added to Courses grid.
Click any .This will open Find Course.
Enter partial or complete data on any field on screen.
Click . Search Results displays a list of records matching criteria entered.
Click line of Course desired. Course highlights.
Click again. Find Course closes and course displays in grid.
Click .
Add Course Group
Click . This will open Student Career Plan Course.
Click Course Group and select.
Click Group Option and select.
Click Action and select.
Click . Student Career Plan Course closes and Course Group is added.
