Student Exit Category
Year End Status creates enrollment records for active students who matriculate or move to another school. The Year End Status table includes additional setup to turn on the process of enrollment records.

Complete Additional Setup
Navigate to the Synergy SIS> System> Setup> Lookup Table Definition.

Year End Status

Enter desired
List Order
for each entry.
Enter the state exit code reason in
State Code.
Enter a Y to activate the state code for enrollment records in
Alt Code 3

NOTE:
Codes that do not have a value of Y will not extract out the State Code and will not create an enrollment record.
