School Completion Status
Additional setup is required for completion status codes. Students that exit with an E230 code must have a completion status code populated. In addition, special setup is required for state code 100.
Tasks
Complete Additional Setup
Navigate to the Synergy SIS> System> Setup> Lookup Table Definition.
Navigate to K12.Enrollment> Completion Status.
Enter desired
List Order
for each entry.
Enter the
State Code
for each completion code defined by the state.
Enter ‘Y’ for each code where state code 100 is present in
Alt Code 3
.

NOTE:
If the Alt Code 3 field is not populated for state code 100 students will not extract the UC/CSU calculated value.
