StudentDailyAttendance

History:

The History tab lists all dates on which an absence or tardy was recorded for the student, similar to the Days of Activity tab. However, it provides more detailed information regarding the time of arrival and departure. It also provides additional notes regarding the reason for the tardy or absence. Once a date is recorded within the Days of Activity tab, the information can be edited in the History tab.

Tasks

Click number next to the desired date. This will highlight date in blue.
Click for additional space.
Click to spell check.
Click .

To filter by date

Enter start of time period to view in Range Start (MM/DD/YY) or click and select date.
Enter end date time period to view in Range End (MM/DD/YY) or click and select date.

To filter by type of absence

Select absence reason type from Reason Type . Up to three types may be selected.

To hide rows where no absences are recorded

Check Hide Empty Rows.
Click once. Criteria for filter has been selected.
Click to clear filter.
