Daily Attendance
Calendar:
The Calendar tab provides an overview of the student’s attendance by month and date. It is one of three tabs used for entering and editing student attendance information. The other two tabs are the Daily Entry tab and Days of Activity tab.
Tasks
Enter/edit attendance on Calendar tab
Click

Enter student name or permanent ID number.
Click
. Student's name will display on screen.
Click box to right of attendance date to edit in Daily Attendance Calendar grid.
Select attendance reason.
Click
.
OR
Click attendance date (underlined in blue). Attendance Detail screen displays.
Click
Reason 1
and select attendance reason.
(Optional)
Arrival/Departure Time
(109P – 12 hour clock or 1309 – military time)
Total Minutes Attended
Attendance Note
Click
.
Delete attendance on Calendar tab
Click
.
Enter student name or permanent ID number.
Click
. Student's name will display on screen.
In Daily Attendance Calendar grid:
Click to right of attendance date to edit (Attendance Reason to be removed).
Scroll to top of Attendance Reason box.
Select blank box.
Click
