Use Course Attendance screen to maintain attendance by student and section. Course Attendance screen displays all of the student’s sections for the entire year sorted by period. It displays course title, section ID, section enter and leave date and term code. Course Attendance may be viewed by section or course. Click Menu, select Display Course Attendance By Section to view.
Click line number of Course Title to view. Line highlights.
Click . Student Attendance Calendar tab with Totals tab behind it, will open within screen.
Click Totals tab. A summary of student’s absences for year will display. Reason Totals grid displays by absence reason. Type Totals at bottom shows by reason type. Totals are also broken down by day of week.
