School Calendar

• Enter DateStart (MMDDYY) or click and select date.

• Enter DateEnd (MMDDYY) or click and select date.

Dates for each report period cannot overlap.

• Check Override next to periods that have been modified.

• Click .

An entire week may be marked as a holiday such as Winter Break or Spring Break for a school or district.  

• Click . Weeks configured at district display in School Week Setup grid.

• District week may be deleted from school if school has different weeks off.

• Check   on line of record to delete, if desired.

• Click .

To add a week

• Click . A new line is added to grid.

• Enter beginning Date (MMDDYY) or click  and select date.

• Click Week Type and select. Types of weeks can be customized for each district.  

• Check Exclude From State Reports to exclude this week from upload to state.

• Click to add another week.

• Check   on line of week to delete, if desired.

• Click .

Synergy SIS calculates start date and end date, number of holidays and other non-attendance days, and number of school days and days of enrollment for each reporting period.

• Clickl to see each period by week.

• Check Exclude from State Reporting on line of any week to remove from state upload.

• Click .
