Attendance Sheet Creation

• Enter Printer Offset values for horizontal and vertical adjustments to adjust printing to ensure information lines up correctly with pre-printed attendance sheets.

• Enter a positive number in Horizontal to adjust sheet right

• Enter a negative number in Vertical to adjust it up.

• Check Print First Page Only to test printing and make adjustments.

• Click to create or print sheets.

When job is complete a Message from webpage displays with total students included on sheets.  

• Click to close Message box.

• A separate window displays with sheets in a PDF file if Print was selected.

When printing PDF File that is generated, be sure to change Page Handling settings before printing.

• Change Page Scaling to None.

• Uncheck Auto-Rotate and Center.
