Attendance Sheet Creation
Cumulative Absences:
Use Cumulative Absences tab to select time frame and absence type to use when summarizing absences.
Tasks
Absence Summary Options
If selected scan sheet permits, there is an option to display total number of absences for each student for section.
Click
Time Frame
to be used in summarizing these absences.
Select options. Options are
Current Date Range
to use dates selected for current sheet,
Term to Date
or
Year to Date
.
Click
Reason Type
s and select reason(s) to count in total.
OR
Check individual
Absence Reasons
desired.
OR
Check
to select all
Absence Reasons
. Un-check to deselect all.
Click
to create or print sheets.(See Additional Information on this page.)
OR
Go to Printing Options tab and corresponding help for more options.
Additional Information
When job is complete a Message from webpage displays with total students included on sheets.
Click
to close Message box.
A separate window displays with sheets in a PDF file if
Print
was selected.
When printing PDF File that is generated, be sure to change
Page Handling
settings before printing.
Change
Page Scaling
to
None
.

Auto-Rotate and Center
