Street Type Alias

• Click . A blank line is added to grid.

• Enter common abbreviation or word used in Unit Type Alias.

• Click Maps to Unit Type and select option to match.

• Check Insert Space After Unit Type if desired.

• Click .

NOTES:

• Unit type aliases are valid entries to a user during data entry. Upon save/validation address unit type is cleaned/parsed/replaced with mapped lookup code value. Lookup code for unit type is K12.AddressInfo.Unit Type.

• If lookup code values are modified, existing unit type aliases using that unit type need to be re-mapped to new code using Street Type Alias screen.

To edit

• Click Unit Type Alias to edit.

• Click Maps to Unit Type and select another option.

• Click .

To delete

• Check on line of mapping to delete.

• Click .
