Assignment Resources

Assignment resources can include homework handouts, study sheets, web site URLs, and other resources that students can download at anytime.

Create Assignment Resources

Access Assignment Resources (New)

Click Grade Book, select Grade Book Main. Grade Book Main screen opens.
Click assignment header for which to add assignment resource. Assignment menu appears.
Select Create Assignment Resources. Assignment Resources screen opens.

OR

Click Grade Book, select Calendar. The Calendar screen opens.
Click assignment header for which to add assignment resource. Assignment menu appears.
Select Create Assignment Resources. Assignment Resources screen opens.

Add assignment resource

Enter Resource Name.
Enter Resource Description.
Select Check to show in parent portal to allow parents access to assignment resources in ParentVUE.
Select Resource Type.

If Web Resource is selected:

1. - Enter URL to web site that contains resource in New Web Resource text box.
  - Click Test URL to verify web site URL is correct.
  - Click .

If Document Resource is selected:

1. - Click Browse…
  - Locate document to upload and click to highlight.
  - Click . File name is displayed in Please select a file to upload.
  - Click .
