Class Settings

In order to use Academic Standards in Grade Book, Standards Mode must be enabled. Standards Mode is enabled on a class-by-class basis.

• Hover your mouse to the left of the class to edit.

• Click .

• Select ON in the Standards Mode.

• Click . Grade Book enables standards mode for the selected class.

The Overall Grade Type is the Report Card score type that you would like to apply to the student’s overall class grade. You can select a different Overall Grade Type on a class-by-class basis.

• Hover your mouse to the left of the class to edit.

• Click .

• Set the Overall Grade From option to either Standards or Assignments

• Select the Overall Grade Type for Grading Periods.

• Click . Grade Book applies the Overall Grade Type to the selected class.

• Hover your mouse to the left of the class to edit.

• Click .

• Click the Analysis Band and select from the list.

• Click . Grade Book applies the band to the selected class’ student data.
