Menu Editor

Select MENU EDITOR from the Admin menu in Grade Book. The MENU EDITOR screen opens.
Select a role to modify sub-menu items for from the drop-down.

Enter the desired menu item name in Sub Menu Name.
If needed, modify the Direct Link – the value in this field is originally selected from a drop-down when creating the menu item – changes should not be required.
Enter the Sequence, or the order the menu item will appear in the selected Menu.
Select the Root Menu from the drop-down. Available Root Menus include Grade Book, Report Card, LessonVUE, and Admin.
Select whether the item should be Visible for the selected role in the drop-down.
Select whether the item should be Disabled for the selected role in the drop-down.
Click .

To delete an item from a Root Menu, click , then click OK on the dialog box that opens.

To hide the item for only one role, edit the item and select No for Visible.
To add a new sub-menu item for all roles, scroll to the bottom of the screen.
Enter the desired menu item name in Sub Menu Name.
Select the Direct Link for the new page to be added from the drop-down.
Enter the Sequence, or the order the menu item displays in the selected Menu.
Select the Root Menu from the drop-down. Available Root Menus include Grade Book, Report Card, LessonVUE, and Admin.
Select whether the item should be Visible for the selected role in the drop-down.
Select whether the item should be Disabled for the selected role in the drop-down.
Click .
