Report Detail

Selecting Detailed adds an Assignment Detail box below the Summary area.  The Assignment Detail box includes a list of all assignments and includes the date, assignment category, and assignment name. It can also include comments, notes, mark, points, and percentage for each assignment.  Selecting Summary Only will exclude the assignment details.  Only the student’s performance summary, by assignment type, will appear on the report.

Include Assignment/Grade Notes and Comments

Selecting Show Notes will display the “Public” notes that the teacher has written specific to the student and assignment. Selecting Show Comments will display the comments that the teacher assigned to the student for a given assignment.

Class Average Chart

Selecting Show Chart will add a chart to the top of the report that indicates the selected student’s overall class performance in relation to the overall class average.

Show Score Type Options

Selecting Show Mark will display the corresponding grade mark next to the grade in the “Grade” column of the Assignment Detail.  Selecting Show Points will add a “Points” column to the Assignment Detail that shows the points earned / points possible for each assignment. Selecting Show Percentage will display the percentage of points earned for each assignment under the “Grade” column.

Request Parent Signature

Selecting Show Signature Box adds a “Parent Signature” line to the bottom of the report.

Text entered in this text box will appear below the Summary and above the Assignment Detail.

Footer Text  

Text entered in this text box will appear below the Assignment Detail and above the Parent Signature line.
